Teacher Vong

Teacher Vong embarked on her music journey at a young age of 4 starting with the piano. Her music world continued to expand where she was a trumpeter in the symphonic band through her schooling years. Teacher Vong clinched 3 gold awards at the bi-annual SYF along with her bandmates. Teacher Vong’s love for music solidified when she started teaching in a music school. During her tenure, she developed lesson plans for both young and adult students as well as prepared her students for exams, attaining a 100% passing rate. 

While it is best to learn music at a young age, not many had this opportunity. Therefore, Teacher Vong advocates continuous learning and adopts a “never-give-up” and “you-are-never-too-old-to-learn” attitude for her adult students. Her friendly and caring demeanor will definitely put new students at ease while experienced students can expect to benefit in acquiring more technical skills in her classes to further develop their proficiency. Teacher Vong encourages everyone to learn something new today and maintain an unwavering sense of curiosity – knowing that the journey of learning is both enlightening and a perpetual process of discovery.
