Teacher Ashley began her piano journey at the age of 3 from baby music. Over the years, music has become a significant source of comfort and expression in her life. She went on to complete her ABRSM Grade 8 Piano with Merit, reflecting both her dedication and passion for the instrument. She enjoys playing a wide range of music during her free time, from classical pieces to pop songs, which inspired her to share her love for music through teaching. 

 

To her, the piano is more than just an instrument. She strongly believes that music has a unique ability to express emotions when words fall short. Whether it is joy, sadness, or reflection, music allows individuals to communicate in a deeply personal and powerful way. This belief continues to shape her passion for both playing and teaching. 

Inspired by this belief, she hopes to share her love for music with the next generation.

 

Through her teaching, she aims to nurture not only her students’ technical abilities, but also their confidence and personal expression. She strives to create a warm and encouraging environment where students feel safe to learn, explore, and grow at their own pace.  With a patient and supportive teaching style, Teacher Ashley is committed to making each lesson enjoyable and purposeful, while instilling a genuine love for music that will stay with her students for years to come.
