Teacher Ruth started learning the piano and the violin at the age of 6 and 9 respectively. She has a strong interest in music and has been involved in many performances such as being in her school’s orchestra for 8 years. In 2019, she achieved 1st prize and 1st class honours in the Hong Kong Pacific Piano Competition and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Piano. 

Ruth values music as an integral part of her life as she regularly participates in festivals and conferences to learn from other like minded musicians. She believes that every student should find joy in music and explore various ways to make learning fun. In her own time, she loves to learn pop songs on the piano and violin, as well as playing duets with her friends.
