Yu Xun is well versed to various performance settings, and here are some of his portfolio highlights: Competing in the National Chinese Music Competition Youth Solo Category (2014), performing a duet piece, 跑旱船, that displays the tonal versatility and technical articulation of Dizi (TPCO Annual Concert, 2016). Furthermore, Yu Xun also engages and gives back to the community with musical performances for the special needs (Institute of Mental Health, 2015). He had the honour of being one of the soloists for the Grand Opening of the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) in 2017.
